According to Prosperidad Social, the first payment cycle begins in the second week of March and 2.2 million households will receive the incentive from the program.
Prosperidad Social announced that during 2021 the Davivienda and Banco Agrario banks will be the operators in charge of delivering the incentives to the participants of the Familias en Acción program.
The entity explained that it carried out the selection and contracting process through Colombia Compra Eficiencia, “to continue guaranteeing the adequate delivery of these incentives to households in the midst of the pandemic.”
In the first payment cycle of this year, 2,203,038 families across the country will receive the incentive. According to the entity, these 13 departments will have changes of operator of financial services: Arauca, Atlántico, Bolívar, Boyacá, Cesar, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, La Guajira, Magdalena, Norte de Santander, Santander, Sucre and San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina.
Banco Agrario will operate the services in Atlántico, Bolívar, Cesar, Córdoba, La Guajira, Magdalena, San Andrés, Sucre, Santander and Norte de Santander.

For its part, Banco Davivienda will operate in Antioquia, Caldas, Chocó, Cundinamarca, Quindío, Risaralda, Tolima, Valle del Cauca, Amazonas, Arauca, Boyacá, Caquetá, Casanare, Cauca, Guainía, Guaviare, Huila, Meta, Nariño, Putumayo , Vaupés, Vichada and Bogotá DC
The schedule for each municipality, the payment points, the partners and the schedules will be informed in the coming days, as explained by the entity.
